RMC is hiring a Help Desk Technician to support one of our customers at Patuxent River Naval Station. The selected applicant will enter network support calls and electronic requests into a request tracking database. The selected applicant will provide users with feedback on the status of submitted requests and provide basic technical support for the resolution of common IT issues using checklists and information sheets. The selected applicant will provide administrative support for IT operations, including the collection and verification of information to support network accreditation. Other duties as assigned.
A high school diploma/GED and one (1) year of relevant experience is required. Strong customer service skills is required.
Security Clearance: An active DoD secret clearance is required to start. Applicant selected may be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
