Role Description: The HelpDesk/Support would need to have at least 1-3 years of experience. In this role, you will provide technical support to end-users through the department's telephone support line, including software setup, configuration and troubleshooting.
- Must have solid communication skills – there is a lot of phone support in this role and you need to have effective communication skills.
- Must have recent or past experience in a Hospital/healthcare/ or related experience.
- This is a JUNIOR level role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare, computer science or other related field is a PLUS
- 1-3 years of experience.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field
Experience: Minimum 1-3 years
