SDI is looking for a High End Designer for a 12 months ongoing contract for our client located in Austin, TXEmployees in this role will work independently to deliver creative collateral in correct form. Mentors other designers. Has an understanding of skill transfer as needed.Create high-quality visual designs for a wide range of deliverables including marketing collateral, infographics, social media graphics, event materials, instructional demos, and product data sheets.Quickly learn, understand and implement corporate guidelines and organizational processes. Communication with clients and team members is key.Achieve a high level of quality in the end product, including; ensuring the timeliness, completeness, correctness, and overall quality of content.Need a person that can listen to clients’ needs vs wants, communicate clearly to the client and follow team direction.Should have the passion to deliver quality to the marketplace in a timely fashion and be a leader with a clear understanding of the effectiveness of good teamwork.Working with others, such as printers, programmers, developers or other technicians, to complete the final productProducing original and aesthetically pleasing designs and solutionsPresenting designs in different stages for approval, such as story broad, front end shell or gui to assure asset is branded correctly and finally to customers for evaluation
Required Skills / Qualifications: Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Visual DesignMinimum of 7 years’ experience with design software programs such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, Microsoft office, Dream WeaverMinimum of 5 years’ experience with design skill such as demo creation, motion graphics including two and three-dimensional models and animationMinimum of 4 years' experience with UI and UXMinimum of 4 years’ experience with Lotus Notes/Verse, MS Office
