The Special Education Teacher ensures the fidelity of systems in the areas of curriculum, instruction and assessment with the overall goal of achieving learning outcomes for students.

Position details:

• Prepare and implement the instructional process for students
• Deliver instruction, through the use of curriculum materials and educational software
• Collaborate with content teachers to provide instructional support and approved modification to the curriculum
• Implement standards for each student’s education in order to ensure a safe, secure and effective learning environment by providing a high degree of structure, clear expectations and consistency
