Rivet & Shuttle Operator
SUMMARY: This position is responsible for the cross function of two positions: make-ready and operating a double-headed semi-automatic rivet machine to rivet ring metals into binders AND make ready and operating a semi-automatic heat-sealing machine to make a 3-binder.
Screen Print Inspector
SUMMARY: Inspects the quality of imprinted vinyl pieces at the end of the conveyor belt from the ultraviolet dryer according to the sampler provided by the supervisor.
Material Handler – Hang
SUMMARY: This position is responsible for maintaining appropriate levels of raw materials at machines and taking away finished product according to written.
SUMMARY: This position is responsible for packing all the binder output from the Hang rivet machine and sending to Finished Goods.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: No prior experience or training.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and understand simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, & divide in an units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions & decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one or two step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with occasional or no variables.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES: Ability to read a tape measure and use a calculator. Must have good visual ability to identify quality and safety issues.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear and smell. The employee is occasionally required to walk, sit; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift from 10 pounds and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds depending on the position. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distant vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts and is occasionally exposed to working near moving mechanical parts; may work in high precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; and exposure to toxic or caustic chemicals, extreme heat and risk of electrical shock may be possible. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
