The Home Health and Hospice Administrative Director is responsible for administrative and clinical oversight of the active and innovative department serving a large region in addition to a 15-bed inpatient hospice unit. This progressive facility is dedicated to providing the most advanced care and utilizing the latest evidence-based practices to best serve patients and families. The ideal candidate will have several years of progressive leadership experience in hospice and experience leading a hospice serving 400+ patients. In this comprehensive role, the Administrative Director Home Health and Hospice is responsible for hiring and firing of staff, continuous improvement projects, and shape the long-term goals of the department. The Home Health and Hospice Administrative Director will work closely with a collaborative team of over 200 staff members including medical directors, nurse case managers, social workers, spiritual counselors, nurse aids, and large team of volunteers to ensure patients are supported in a respectful, dignified way.
