You will be responsible for greeting guests and seating them promptly, cheerfully, and courteously. Specific duties include opening door for guests arriving and departing, accommodating special needs of guests, managing the Wait List when the restaurant is full, helping Servers by providing guest assistance as needed, maintaining a clean and organized work area, answering the phone, and taking, entering and packaging To-Go Orders. Qualified applicants must be able to read and write and have effective communication skills, be able to stand for 8 hours, have the ability to transport and carry objects (such as a high chair weighing 15 pounds), and able to wipe down table tops, table legs, pick up debris off the floor and wipe down booth seats in all areas of restaurant.
