Required Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of Talent Acquisition, Employee Onboarding or HR experience and a willingness to learn while working in a team environment.
Preferred Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in human resources or business management.
2-3 years experience in Talent Acquisition or HR Admin role.
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. This position will also require operations within a warehouse and field environment.
