Billion dollar prestigious global Financial Service conglomerate seeks entrepreneur with HR related degree with 4+ years (Financial Services and Markets a +) hands on full cycle HR Generalist, strategic and operational functions which include: employee relations, talent acquisition and development, compensation, performance management, benefits, HRIS management as well as federal state employment laws. Focus on supporting global offices within this highly visible role located in NYC reporting to Global Head of HR. Act as partner and provide guidance and support globally across the firm. Implement HR programs, policies and practices across organization. Involved in legal employment risk and ensure positive work environment for employees. Analyze data to determine appropriate HR strategies. Work closely with HR executives in preparation and administration of division’s budget. Responsible for onboarding planning and creating an engaging onboarding experience. Develop hiring strategies and provide advice to hiring managers. Act as troubleshooter and provide guidance and recommendations for problem resolutions and process improvement for global HR function. Understand business strategies and organizational effectiveness. Partner up with many of the internal divisions as well as senior management. Act as resource to global divisions heads.
