This position will assist with providing overall HR compliance support including but not limited to vendor credentialing, federal contractor reporting requirements, trainings, and auditing processes.
Key Job Activities:
Act as liaison between Stericycle team members and Vendor Credentialing Organizations and/or hospitals to ensure the accurate and timely loading of credentialing documents for Stericycle team members to Vendor Credentialing Organization databases.
Research, obtain, and respond to verifications of credentialing requests by either Stericycle team members, or our customers. Coordinate with hospitals and/or credentialing organizations to complete the credentialing process, including any additional documentation, verifications, references, and applications necessary.
Run regular monthly/quarterly reports for team members regarding upcoming credential renewals providing team members with sufficient lead time to respond and update/renew accordingly.
Coordinate the billing for new applications and renewals for Stericycle team members or organization as required by the Vendor Credentialing Organization.
Assist with periodic audits of HR- related records, backgrounds screens, I-9 review, etc.
Assist with Compliance Trainings that includes but not limited to setting up, tracking, point of contact for questions, etc.
Assist with the administrative processes for prevailing wage, SCA, state and federal contractor requirements.
Assist with supporting Talent Acquisition team with vendor management (ie: background, onboarding processes including but not limited to user access set up, maintenance, etc.)
Coordinate, track, and direct customer requests for HR data.
Performs other related duties as required or requested.
Education and Experience Required (including certifications and/or software requirements for the position):
Education equivalent to graduation from high school, or completion of GED, demonstrating the ability to modify behavior, as needed, in order to maintain effectiveness in a changing situation; and with varying tasks, responsibilities, or people.
Two or more years of general HR or healthcare/credentialing experience preferred, or three or more years of Stericycle administrative experience, demonstrating knowledge of credentialing requirements, HR policies and procedures.
