Mifflinburg Bank & Trust HR MANAGER Basic Qualifications Education/Training: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field normally required; specialized human resource management education/training; HRCI and/or SHRM certification preferred. Skill(s): Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills; thorough knowledge of human resource management and employee benefits programs, policies and procedures; thorough knowledge of laws and regulations affecting the human resource management function; proficient PC skills including Microsoft Office software; demonstrated management and supervisory skills; visual and auditory skills; valid driver's license. General Responsibilities Responsible for the organization and administration of personnel/ benefits operations, including (but not limited to) recruitmenU selection, wage/benefits administration and personnel records. Responsible for administrative functions relating to the Bank's Board of Directors such as preparing materials for Board and Board Committee meetings. Also ensures the department's compliance with operating policies and procedures and outside reg ulatory requirements; directly supervising assigned personnel ; communicating with appropriate management and staff personnel; providi ng periodic reports.
