Aerotek is hiring a part-time Front Desk HR Assistant to help in a major medical facility here in Bend, OR. This would be a part time position, Monday-Friday, 11am - 3:30pm. Some days you may need to work 8 hour days, however. If you're interested, email ASAP! This need is immediate.
- Serves as a liaison to the department by providing information, assistance and guidance to others
- Serves as a receptionist/intake to ensure the smooth flow of callers and visitors
- Answers incoming phone calls; provide basic information as needed and route other calls to the appropriate department
- Assists customers with requests resulting in positive interactions that create efficient and effective outcomes for the customers
- Educates customers in understanding office computer equipment and basic understanding of the recruiting application system/process
- Provides clerical support for the Human Resources Department
- Prepares, proofreads and edits documents and presentations, occasionally of a complex and confidential nature as assigned
