We are growing our HR team and seek HR professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional support to clients across industries nationwide.
Qualified candidates will support C2’s clients by performing a range of full-cycle HR tasks, including but not limited to:
• Assisting in performance management, pre-employment screening, and personnel matters;
• Managing client benefits programs and facilitating administration of workers’ compensation and unemployment claims;
• Developing job descriptions, handbooks, and policies, as well as analyzing workforce compensation;
• Supporting the development of affirmative action plans and filing of Vets 4212 and EEO-1 reports.
Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills are required. Experience supporting Federal contractors, including knowledge of AAPs, EEO-1 and VETS-4212 reporting is preferred but not required.
Although three to five years of technical HR experience is preferred, C2 will also consider junior-level applicants and recent graduates who demonstrate a commitment to developing a career in HR.
