Under the direction of the Executive Director of Compensation/Benefits and Benefits Managerprovides project management, administrative and clerical support for the Human Resource Benefits and Compensation function. Position will be responsible for building job profiles in Workday, ongoing compensation build out and othermiscellaneous dutiesas required.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred. Two to three(2-3) years experience in an HR department or equivalent preferred. Work day experience is a pluswith Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills preferred.Excellent organizational, ability to work independently,communication and judgment skills a must. Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate effectively with various levels of SSH staff.
