The Human Performance (HP) Tracking Systems Technician will be responsible for preparing, operating, recovering, and maintaining technology and sensor systems. Additionally, facilitating initial data evaluation, explanation, and recommendation. This position requires the candidate to display a proven ability to develop and maintain an environment of trust, diversity, and inclusion within your team. We are looking for an individual who can work without direct supervision and has the ability to self-manage. - Create tactical level physiological and psychometric key performance indicator (KPI) reports.
- Execute biometric and physiological technology monitoring.
- Acts as information and activity liaison between company staff and customer's staff.
- Interfaces with customer's staff provide alerts, identifies monitored personnel in jeopardy, and provides training/recovery adaptation recommendations.
- Responsible for real-time biological, physiological, performance, and safety monitoring during specified events.
- Work with medical and military personnel to develop and enforce operations and safety protocols.
- Interact daily with candidates.
- Conduct live monitoring in a local and remote setting.
- Meticulously documents training events using pre-existing tools and software to build daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

- Troubleshoot technology and interface with technology companies to maintain operation.
- Trains customers on technology bio-harness fitting, wear, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2-4 years of experience in the human performance area of expertise to include but not limited to psychology, exercise physiology, nutrition, sport science, or physical therapy.
- Shall have a proficient understanding and working knowledge of computers, e-mail, voice mail, and telephone texts to perform duties. Additionally, be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to 4.5.
- B.S./M.S. in Exercise Physiology or related field and/or Certifications in strength and conditioning, nutrition, personal training, or comparable accredited certification.
