Performs a variety of technical and confidential duties related to the day-to-day functioning of the Human Resources department. Answers incoming calls and greet visitors with emphasis on efficiency, professionalism, and accuracy.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
High school graduate or equivalent, some college preferred
Minimum four years of Administrative experience required
Minimum one year of Human Resource experience required
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Ability to communicate effectively interdepartmentally, and externally with the general public
Excellent working knowledge of MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
General office skills to include filing, sorting, typing, etc.
Excellent inter-personnel skills, team oriented, high level of initiative, and dedication are required to secure the trust and support of the many varied points of the daily business
Above average organizational skills
Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
Ability to multi-task
Basic understanding of payroll processing utilizing online payroll and HR software
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
The normal work environment is typical of a business office
The incumbent is routinely required to sit for long periods of time, see, hear, and speak. Must be able to write or otherwise manually record messages.
