PURPOSE OF POSITION
Compiles and maintains member records and assists the Human Resources department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may
Records member information such as personal data, compensation, benefits, tax data, attendance,
performance reviews or evaluations, and termination date and reason
Processes employment applications and assists in other employment activities
Updates member files to document personnel actions and to provide information for payroll and
Examines member files to answer inquiries and provides information to authorized persons
Compiles data from personnel records and prepares reports
Administers and scores aptitude, personality, and interest tests
Processes Workers Compensation and unemployment claims
Records data for use in payroll processing
Compiles and maintains records for use in member benefits administration
Prepares and files reports of accidents and injuries at establishment

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelors of HR or related field OR 2+ years of equivalent experience.
Experience using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS (Including Driver's License)
