This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced HR professional to apply their knowledge towards the administration and development of staff at the company’s office in Melbourne, FL. They will act as an ambassador between all HR-related departments and Operations leadership. The HR Manager will directly influence policies related to employee relations, attrition/retention, client relationships, and compensation while ensuring legal compliance with external regulatory bodies.

What you will need:
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in HR
- Bachelor’s degree, ideally related to HR, employee relations, organizational development or similar area
- Knowledgeable of employment law, EEO, FMLA, ADA and Workers Compensation
- 3+ years of experience managing a team of direct reports
