About the Job
We are currently assisting a San Francisco law firm client with a search for an experienced Human Resources Manager. Bachelor's degree preferred but will consider experience. Candidates must be able to develop, implement and evaluate on -going HR policies, oversee recruitment of administrative staff, communicate HR policies (policies, law), investigate employee complaints, develop creative and innovative recruitment policies, coach and train managers in HR policies, ensure compliance with EEOC, ADA, FMLA, and ERISA plans, and prepare documents requested for compliance with law. We are looking for someone with at least seven years of HR experience in a law firm. Ideal candidate should have extensive experience with employee relations including investigations, writing Performance Improvement Plans, and handling terminations.
