The Site HR Senior Manager is accountable for ALL HR-related activities at the plant, ensuring every employee has an experience that is consistent with our equity as an employer of choice and enabling everyone to perform at their peak. This requires outstanding collaboration and influence skills as you lead and mentor others in a very diverse workforce. Working in a P&G facility is an exciting and dynamic job, requiring high capacity and the ability to prioritize simultaneously, You will lead innovation in our people systems, and work with employees ranging from hourly workers to the Site’s most senior leadership. The needs of this audience vary significantly, and you will build agility along with deep mastery in a wide variety of HR proficiencies and systems.
*_IMPORTANT RESPONSIBILITIES_*:
Leadership Coaching: You and the Plant Manager are the key architects of the Plant’s development and the management of this relationship is critical to your success.
Organizational Performance Assessment & Renewal: You will be responsible for recognizing, diagnosing and systemically addressing performance issues caused by systemic elements of the organization’s design.
Employee Relations: You will need to become a specialist in both local employment law, company policy and ensure the accurate and efficient handling of all incidents related to the employee experience.
Labor Relations: You lead the development of an effective, proactive plan that improves the Labor environment as well as guide strategic choices for employing Non-P&G workers. You will ensure operational protocols with the local union are followed including bargaining responsibilities.
Talent Management: You will own and ensure effective execution of all Talent processes. You are the focal point for leading enrollment, following Corporate procedures for all hiring, on-boarding and ongoing skill development activities, career and organizational planning to include coaching of managers of others, and systemic mechanisms to ensure healthy and productive teams throughout the facility.
Compensation & Benefits: You will collaborate on annual compensation reviews for all managers, lead the non-exempt Pay, Progression and Career system, own the Wage adjustments for our hourly workers and work with our Benefits and Payroll resources when escalations are vital.
Site Medical: You are the owner for all medical capabilities and personnel at the site, including all wellness initiatives and proactive industrial health programs.
Site Security: You are responsible for Security and Asset Protection to include travel security, incident response, workplace violence prevention and other crisis scenarios.
Corporate Citizenship: In addition to basic stewardship, and governance responsibilities, you will promote the company’s social responsibility efforts in sustainability, gender pay equity and racial equality and inclusion through relationship and consistent messaging with our community and governmental relations.
Manufacturing’s Integrated Work System (IWS): You will be responsible to lead the people system elements of manufacturing’s ongoing journey towards zero loss and total employee engagement.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCES
Bachelors Degree (HR related field preferred)
5-7 years HR experience in multiple discipline areas
Manufacturing and/or Distribution experience preferred
