Local HVAC Company is looking for a full-time experienced and motivated dispatcher/scheduler to join our growing team! We currently provide Air Conditioning repairs, installs, and maintenance services throughout the greater Jacksonville area. We are in need of experienced dispatchers/schedulers to help properly schedule our technicians to their respectable jobs in a timely manner.
Primary Responsibilities of the dispatcher include but are not limited to:
- Scheduling with Customers and Dispatching Technicians
- Follow up and follow through with technicians and customers to help maintain good customer relationships.
- Schedule and Follow up with incoming Work Orders and all emails
- Entering and preparing work orders in our database
- Responsible for ordering equipment or parts for approved repairs
- Responsible for answering all incoming calls
- Organizing and maintaining all office supplies, paperwork, and filling
- Prepare billing and invoicing as well as collections
- Performing general office duties as needed
- 2 Years Minimum dispatching/scheduling experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Geographical Knowledge of service area and/or map reading skills
- Accurate Data Entry
- Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Spreadsheets and Google Docs
- Strong work ethic and team oriented
- Customer Service Experience
- Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and able to multitask in a fast paced work environment
- Maintain a professional image and demeanor at all times
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
