Key Responsibilities + Maintain finance and workforce applications, related metadata (Hierarchies) and data integrations + Manage financial system close cycles + Maintain business rules, consolidations, calculation scripts, reports and forms + Maintain workflows, task lists, user security + Perform data validations and investigate data discrepancies + Monitor jobs and provide level 1 support + Provide end user training, support during the financial close + Document business processes, requirements, functional specs, compliance reports + Recommend process improvements as opportunities are identified + Collaborate with Technology team on projects, platform maintenance + Analyze and assist in designing solutions to ensure system functionality aligns with business processes Experience and Competencies + Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or Information Systems or related field + Certification in Hyperion Essbase or Hyperion planning desired + 5 years of Hyperion Planning/Essbase/DRM/HFM/FDMEE experience + 5 years of experience with Financial Reporting + Cloud (PBCS/EPBCS) experience is huge plus + Knowledge of Oracle EBS financials + Knowledge of BI and related tools to complement Hyperion-based reporting and analytics + Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel, SmartView + Strong understanding of Financial and Accounting processes, GAAP and IFRS principles + Ability to manage competing demands and thrive in a dynamic environment + Energetic and self-motivated professional with excellent interpersonal, planning, communication, documentation and organizational skills Fortive is a diversified industrial growth company comprised of Professional Instrumentation and Industrial Technologies businesses that are recognized leaders in attractive markets.
