Job Description: Community Liaison-Imaging
The Community Liaison is responsible for developing and maintaining client service relationships with internal and external practitioners to provide market growth and expansion of services through promotion of Millennium Physician Group Imaging Centers. S/he works closely with Imaging management and MPG physicians to identify potential referrals and leverage all relationships within the community.
S/he will be responsible for routine visit schedules, tracking and reporting contacts and progress on a regular basis, collaborating on marketing materials, and working closely with Imaging to resolve customer issues and/or market concerns.
Demonstrates extensive knowledge of position requirements, markets/competition and referral bases.
Consistently demonstrates superior communication skills (written/verbal) with all staff, internal/external physicians and associates within MPG.
Consistently meets or exceeds all performance criteria including but not limited to 15 calls/day and as developed for position.
Must be able to work independently, have strong personal work ethic.
Consistently demonstrates ability to organize and plan work e.g., developing, prioritizing and maintaining responsible, reliable call cycles.
Demonstrates professional representation of MPG through superior interpersonal skills, as well as, supporting and championing organizational growth and development.

Education and/or Experience
- Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2 years of Radiology/Imaging experience preferred
- 2-3 years of industry related experience in healthcare customer service and selling to physicians preferably Imaging
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively and professionally before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Athena Database software; Microsoft Spreadsheet software and Microsoft Word Processing software.
