Addison office of our client seeks immigration associate attorney with 2+ years of experience. The candidate will report to a Partner or Senior Associate. Will responsible for managing Assistant Paralegals and Paralegals in the filing of assigned immigration case work. Assess eligibility of corporate foreign national employees for non-immigrant and immigrant visa status in the United States. Work with client global mobility personnel and the office of general counsel to prepare petitions and applications for submission to United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and the Department of Labor (DOL) for non-immigrant and immigrant status for foreign national employees. Support clients in immigration program management and compliance. Supervise the work of paralegal staff in record keeping and document preparation. Perform other duties as required. Should be a Member of State Bar Association (TX preferred). PERM and H1-B experience is required.Attorneys at this law firm specializes in offering businesses and individuals immigration services.
