We are a HR & Recruitment Outsourcing Company who provide HR and resourcing support to our many clients where required. We ensure consistency and compliance with legislation and best practice HR. Our client a software international company is based in Dublin.
Reporting to our Recruitment Director you will be managing all aspects of recruitment & selection, including screening candidates, setting up interviews, placing ads, follow up etc.
Maintain strong internal client relationships – ensure you understand client culture/benefits/expectations In the HRP Group manner. You have a strong track record as a recruiter & record of success in a highly results driven environment. You will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from short-listing through to offer and induction, as well as providing feedback to unsuccessful candidates. You will be creating effective job descriptions in conjunction with hiring managers, and implementing the recruitment and selection process ensuring compliance with all the associated policies, procedures and relevant codes of practise. To be successful you will be professional and an experienced Internal Recruiter who has experience of managing stakeholders across a corporate business. You will be equally able to manage a high volume recruitment process. You will have strong communication skills and be an experienced and confident Recruiter, working with line managers throughout the recruitment process. You will be passionate about the culture, and be a natural ambassador for the business and brand you work for. You will thrive in a high volume and fast paced environment and have excellent time management skills.
NUMBER OF YEARS PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Relevant Third level qualification, i.e. HR or business.
Experience as a recruiter in a corporate environment 4+ years
