Independent Travel Associate at Travel Rewards Inc

We are actively seeking Independent Travel Associates in the Raleigh area to book once-in-a-lifetime experiences for their clients! You earn commissions and Travel Rewards points to explore the world, while your travelers take part in adventures they’ll never forget!

This program features a tier-based commission structure of 50-70% of the commission received from the travel supplier, plus 50% of the Travel Rewards points your clients earn on their bookings. We operate on 12-month independent contractor agreements and you are free to renew or exit the program annually.

New to the travel industry? We’ve created Travel Rewards University to provide a clear training path with 100+ hours of content. We take the guesswork out of the learning curve and help you create a solid foundation of industry knowledge.

Qualifications:

• This program is ideal for Real Estate Professionals and those who thrive on flexible gig-style sales - it’s an opportunity to supplement your primary source of income!
• Many sales leads will be self-initiated from your own local network, so preference is provided to self-starters who are active in their community & area organizations
• Candidates must be able to demonstrate proven success in sales, preferably high-end
• Focus on Extreme Customer Service
• Excellent listening skills, self-discipline, and both written & verbal communication
• Ability to learn and effectively use an electronic CRM system & Associate Portal

A free online Certification Exam is required during onboarding.

There are no monthly franchise fees or costly contracts with our program. 1st-Year memberships in the American Society of Travel Advisors (ASTA) and the Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) are paid by National Travel / Travel Rewards.
