Operate repetitive, automated and manual equipment that manufactures Inlight personnel dosimeters, and ensure superb quality of the devices created. Will need to use Excel spreadsheets to process critical data for nanodot devices. Have the ability to be cross-trained into additional Inlight operations in order to provide support for the department. 1) Perform repeatable production tasks as assigned. Core tasks will be the following: •Hand load assemblies into a rapid cycle conveyor •Inspect final product rapidly while walking finished goods to subsequent work stations •Inspect, prepare, and accurately complete worksheets •Move bins/boxes of product from area to area 2) Seek out additional tasks (integrate with Luxel bagging and Neutron preparation teams) when primary assignments provided have been completed. 3) Communicate as needed with department leader to inform them of any problems encountered or additional instruction needed. •This position does not require relevant work experience, but personal resolve to fit in and be part of a successful team. •The candidate must be a quick learner and maintain the ability to multitask, yet pay strict attention to detail to ensure tasks are performed to expectations. •The ability to maintain a high energy level is critical to an operator's level of success. •This position requires excellent communication, and the ability to mesh with multiple personalities in a relatively confined area. •This position requires the ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time - (usually 2 hour intervals). •Routine working hours will be 6:30am to 3:00pm. Work days are Monday through Friday and periodic Saturdays as scheduled. Work Environment This position works in a production environment where machines make louder sounds. Physical dexterity is necessary to manipulate pieces to fit into position repetitively. Personal protective equipment may be necessary when working with specific equipment.
