The established LadyBoss Phone Sales Department is our internal sales department currently consisting of around 30 individuals. There is no cold calling. They call thousands of internet leads that are generated by the majority online side of the business. The sales compensation plan is centered around a commission model.

About the position
Inside Sales Director reports directly to the CEO and is an important member of the LadyBoss Strategic Team that contributes into LadyBoss growth and success by managing the Phone Sales Department in San Diego, CA.

Responsible for hiring, training, coaching and supervising a team of Sales Reps. and empowering and enabling them to achieve their sales goals
Tactical Call Reviews & Feedback
Customer Happiness Metrics
10+ years of commission sales experience
5+ years of sales management experience
Fluency of Salesforce or other relevant data-driven sales methodology
5+ years of high volume low ticket B2C experience
Health/fitness/supplement experience a plus
Ability to manage multiple priorities in the fast paced environment
