PCM is expanding and looking to add an enthusiastic, professional, and goal-oriented Sales Manager to our team. The individual in this role will be responsible for the overall success of an assigned team of Account Executives. You will be responsible for increasing PCM revenue and managing GP by managing a winning team of phone-based sales representatives. The focus of this role is to drive sales by helping the team position PCM’s unique value proposition to potential & existing customers.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing Account Executives who work via the phone developing new business customers and maintaining relationships with their current customers selling technology solutions
- Ensuring that your team follows PCM's daily plans and goals for activity, cold calls, pipeline generation, work ethic, policies, etc.
- Managing your team's sales pipeline, reporting, forecast, budgets and promotions
- Contacting and visiting your team's prospects and clients to communicate PCM's value proposition among key decision makers within the organization
- Coaching and training your team on customer acquisition, customer development, time management, and the PCM customer experience
- Develop, maintaining, and leveraging strong relationships with OEM Partners and distributors
