The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) focuses on selling Fluke industrial test tools to professionals in the US. Inside Sellers partner with outside sales teams to identify customer pain points, identify product solutions, and ensure a smooth sales process. Fluke offers you the opportunity to work on a small, interdisciplinary team on challenging and interesting topics. As the front line of our sales team you will improve your selling and customer interactions competencies while making a significant contribution to Fluke's success. In this role you'll be partnering with marketing teams and product experts to deliver the best solutions to our customers. This is a great role to utilize your sales and customer service skills. Responsibilities: •Achieve quarterly and annual sales target/plan for assigned territory. •Understand prospect customer requirements and pain points. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. •Present information on product capabilities and guide product selection for prospect customers. •Nurture customer relationships throughout the different stages of the multi-step sales process to close the sale. •Partner with outside sellers to execute sales strategy and coordinate prospect customers demos. •Conduct funnel management reviews with external Representative sellers. •Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up - No cold calling. •Answer inbound customer questions on product selection and where to buy. •Present individual results on advancements of sales process and wins during team meetings. •Review sales forecast by territory with management team. •Learn Fortive Business Systems (FBS) fundamentals to continuously improve team performance •Maintain basic knowledge of Fluke's product lines and offerings. •Previous experience in outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience preferred. •Persuasive interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to connect and interact with internal and external customers. •Goal-oriented, motivated by metrics and the achievement of sales goals. •Proven organizational skills; ability to set priorities and work independently. •Ability to learn and explain technical products and applications as necessary. •Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM experience preferred. •Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience.
