Lyman Roofing & Siding, the leading Twin Cities residential building materials provider is searching for an individual to join our team located in the Twin Cities market. We are looking to hire an Inside Sales Representative at our St Louis Park, MN location.
Essential Job Duties:
� Responds to customer inquiries regarding product selection and installation, requests for prices and quotes, scheduling of deliveries, and customer follow-ups.
� Handles telephone calls, resolves problems, and relays all inquiries to assigned Outside Sales Representative
� Assists with accurate material take offs, when necessary.
� Input accurate sales orders with correct product, pricing and delivery information.
� Check on backorders, and resolve any outstanding issues.
� Coordinates the purchase and delivery of special products.
� Works with assigned Outside Sales Representative and coworkers to increase sales profitability.
� Ensures that high levels of customer service are delivered during every encounter.
� Maintain literature and sample stock levels
� Perform additional duties as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS
The individual selected MUST BE SALES ORIENTED with strong knowledge of roofing, siding and the building materials industry. This individual must be driven and motivated and is looking to move into a Sales Representative position in the future. This position prefers a post secondary education in architectural drafting and /or estimating or equivalent experience, strong math, estimating, & computer skills, and excellent written & verbal communication. The individual selected must be able to handle working in a high pressure, fast paced work environment.
