This includes the lead intake, qualification and entry of all leads into the Salesforce CRM. This includes lead intake via inbound phone call, website webform, inbound SMS as well as other methods that may be added in the future. The leads manager will follow every lead that is taken in and drives the follow-up either directly or indirectly through the agents to ensure that no lead is left behind. This position requires a high level of attention to detail as well as the ability to connect with people over the phone. You must be comfortable taking a high volume of inbound calls, cold calling, conducting follow up calls as well as working as a part of a team. You will be acting as the partner to each Acquisitions Agent in the field and will utilize a team approach to generating revenue. You may have experience leading call center teams, coaching agents on scripts and dealing with objections but you will understand the importance of staying top of mind and the importance of a well-managed follow-up process. Essentially you will be the follow-up boss that will bridge the gap between the marketing and sales departments of the company that will drive the marketing ROI and conversion of the company to new levels. $45,000 - $65,000 yearlyResponsibilities:Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience Work within your specific geography to find new business opportunities Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipeline Update customer database regularly to provide the most up-to-date client information to the sales team Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved Qualifications:Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor’s degree preferred Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car Understand the sales process and how to enter information into client databases Two years of previous sales experience About Company
