Installation Lead at OnesourcePCS, LLC

OnesourcePCS, LLC is looking for a full time Installation Lead to provide program support to function as integrated members of a Brigade (BDE)-based multi-disciplinary team focused on optimizing Soldier readiness and performance within the Army’s new Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) System at Fort Bragg, NC.

Job Specific Duties

Manage and provide oversight for the Army’s Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) Program at assigned installation as an Installation Lead. Oversees employee and contract performance of Lead Strength and Conditioning Coaches (SCCs), Strength and Conditioning Coaches (SCCs), and Cognitive Performance Specialists (CPSs) at assigned installation.

Qualifications

• Three years of relevant experience managing, staffing, overseeing, and completing similar Government projects

• Master’s degree in business, management, or operations from an accredited academic institution

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly preferred
