Morgan Stanley US Tax Operations is a cross-divisional operational utility that supports Retail and Institutional business lines. Tax Operations is responsible for ensuring compliance with IRS & State Regulations related to US tax withholding, reporting, and filing obligations across Morgan Stanley's Retail and Institutional based clients and legal entities.
Tax Operations is seeking a Director to support the U.S Tax Operations QA & Control testing team located in Utah. The Director will report into the NY based Team Leader. The purpose of the QA & Control testing team is to uphold the Tax Operations strong control environment by proactively identifying potential issues and promoting audit readiness.
This is a challenging position that requires strong organization and process management skills. In addition, this role requires excellent trouble shooting, execution and communication (written and verbal) skills.
