About the role:
This position is responsible for the design and development of engaging, learner-centered training courses, modules, and materials in a variety of platforms including remote learning, blended classroom learning, interactive e-learning, etc. This person will also be responsible for design work of decks / presentations / training material / and our Learning Management System sales landing page. Design work is including but not limited to sales onboarding collateral, product training materials, etc, while abiding by our brand guidelines and standards where applicable. This person will interact cross-functionally with key stakeholders in product marketing, sales, learning & development, and IT.
Discover and Innovate: Understand program goals and define the learning solution that will make sales enablement trainings successful.
Design and Develop: create performance-focused training content that takes highly complex topics and turn them into engaging, digestible course materials. Help create and / or clean up decks, presentations, written-content that will be used for trainings. Create quiz questions and other assessments to ensure learner understanding and performance.
Deliver Results: manage your projects amidst ambiguity, competing priorities, and challenging deadlines
This role reports into the Sales Enablement Team Lead and is a remote position.
4+ years of Instructional Design experience
Ability to get up to speed on our product offerings and tools quickly
Solid project management skills including, planning work, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track, working with stakeholders, and navigating ambiguity to deliver results.
Demonstrated experience developing self-paced eLearning curriculums, storyboards, online tutorials, assessments and other materials
Demonstrated ability to assess training effectiveness
Experience working with Learning Management Systems (bonus points if you’ve worked with Intellum)
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities
Able to balance big-picture thinking with day-to-day details and deliverables; strong emphasis on quality
Experience working at a marketing agency, digital / social media organization, and / or have extensive ad tech knowledge
Industry certifications in instructional design, curriculum development, performance improvement, project management, and content-specific certifications as appropriate (e.g. CPLP, CPT, PMP, etc.)
Knowledge of adult learning principles and techniques
Experience in graphic design and general design work in areas including but not limited to: visualizing data (making charts / graphs), deck design, creating illustrations, GIFs, etc.
Experience with e-learning development including Evolve, Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate
Experience in multi-media development in audio, video, and/or animation (e.g. Adobe Illustrator, PhotoShop, AfterEffects)
Experience with emerging tech trends for content creation (e.g. gamification, virtual reality, xAPI)
