Job Title: Benefits Counselor
Wage: Commission starting with 50% Commission rate and rises to 60% commission rate.
Up to 100 prime leads provided weekly within the teachers market. The average agent who works full time hours averages $4,000 to $6,000 a month with some of our top agents earning up to $300,000 a year.
Requirement: Life Licensed (If you are licensed out of California you’ll have to get an add on to your license that allows you to do business in california)
Recommended: Annuities CE and Life licensed (in California)
Where: You can do this from the comfort of your home. Training will be over zoom, and we have a CRM that has a VOIP system that allows you to do business from home or on the go as long as you have internet access.

Our company provides free services to teachers and public employees as one of the biggest third party administrators in California and across the country. We explain to teachers how their pension plans work and what their retirement will look like. We also audit their accounts to make sure that money is going into the right places as well as performing in a way that will help benefit them during their retirement. Training will be provided to help you learn about the CALSTRS and CALPERS programs to be a great benefits counselor.
Within the parameters of our services we will be providing supplemental retirement accounts to the teachers we service. Your commission will be based on a formula for the needs basis of the teachers we will be servicing and we will provide the supplemental help through Fixed Index Annuities
We are looking for life insurance licensed agents who have their annuities CE or are willing to continue their education to get their annuities CE for this great opportunity.
Training is 3 weeks long and you’ll be able to get onto the phone within the first 2 weeks.You will receive 50-100 leads per week to start, with the opportunity to increase those numbers based on performance.
During probation period, 50%-50% After probation, 60%-40%
100-200 A-list leads provided weekly after probation, with B-list optional leads up to 1,000 monthly
