An international insurance organization has an immediate need for a workers' compensation attorney licensed in California with three (3) or more years of experience practicing workers' compensation law.
In this role you will be working on multiple workers' compensation cases in anticipation of trial.
Duration: 3+ months with the potential to turn into a permanent role.

Primary duties include:
(i) tasks associated with the discovery process (e.g., taking depositions, preparing interrogatories, drafting discovery requests, etc.)
(ii) making appearances in court;
(iii) drafting pleadings and motions;
(iv) case evaluations
Job Requirements of a Workers' Compensation Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney:
(i) An active license (in good standing) to practice law in California.
(ii) Three (3) or more years of experience as a Workers' Compensation attorney.
(iii) Strong writing and communication skills.
