Mid-Valley Insurance Office Leader
Established and growing Commercial Insurance office in the Salt Lake Valley is looking for an General Manager.
This role will aid in supervising and guiding daily operations and overall growth strategies. Growth into other states and markets is a major focus for this role. This is the perfect time to establish yourself with a growing company and gain opportunity!
Typical duties include:
- Supervision of 20 team members including schedule management and employee relations
- Coach and mentor new and experienced Producers
- Help manage carrier relations
- Refine and direct agency management system: EPIC
- Accounting involvement including A/P, A/R and Payroll
- Maintaining office technology and equipment
- Managing office supply and vendor relations
- Onboard and train new hires
- Aid in agency reporting
- Support company marketing functions
- Plan and manage company activities (and they are fun!)
