About the Job:

• Coverage Needed: Perm
• Schedule/Hours: Monday - Friday
• Medical Setting: Outpatient
• Call Requirements: Shared among the group
• Patient Ages: Adults
• Support Staff: 5 Providers, fully staffed with a Nurse Practitioner, Medical Assistant, Medical Receptionists and a practice manager.
• EMR/Charting: EMR
• Board Certification Requirements: Board Certified; Board Eligible
