New initiative to improve the onboarding/orientation experience for new employees. To that end an intensive project is kicking off to include elements:
(1)Improve the onboarding experience for new “red badge” hires, and those who support them both in the front stage and backstage of the experience.
(2)Streamline new hire experience by reducing pain for new hires, hiring managers and others supporting onboarding to be more consistency across onboarding experiences and better transparency into processes.
(3)Leverage Digital Workplace as a channel for the onboarding experience, including improvements in policies and processes."
There are about 10 different projects this will person will be working with, but will really be driving 2 of them.
What are the specialized skills needed to complete the project/work?
Program / Project Management both high level and tactical. Need someone to drive the day-to-day project work until a permanent program manager is hired.
Software: Workday, Microsoft Office Suite, Docusign will be helpful
