- MessageBroker development and implementation in support of Agile and waterfall project teams.
- Remain informed of IBM and Azure integration related trends and contribute to the direction of the Integration strategic roadmap.
- Work closely with team members and clients to understand requirements, translate into technical design and implement integration solutions.
- Ensure integration solutions are compliant with security, audit and performance requirements.
- Identify and implement innovative and optimization opportunities
- Support code deployments to production and non -production following established procedures.
- Available for weekend and evening integration project support when needed.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with IBM MessageBroker development in a fast-paced technical environment. Shared services a plus.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a technical team lead, managing priorities and deliverables for technical resources located across multiple locations and time zones.
English speaking with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven track record of high quality deliverables
Strong negotiation skills
Demonstrate innovative problem solving, analysis, design, and testing skills.
