1. Minimum high school diploma, A+ Certification and/or College/Technical degree preferred.
2. Minimum 2 years exp in Information Technology. Familiar with Inventory Management.
3. Must have efficient and reliable transportation throughout the work day. Must have a current driver’s license, automobile insurance, and maintain a local DMV report that meets the state laws of Virginia.
4. Must display exceptional customer service skills for front line communications in answering the IT Support/Help lines.
5. Must have a working knowledge of IT systems hardware components and system functions.
6. Must be able to access, input and retrieve information from the Call Logging system on a constant basis throughout the day.
7. Must be able to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing.
