Our client is looking for a full-time level 1, level 2 help desk support person with the following qualifications:
College Degree or technical degree (computer science-oriented a plus)
Solid communication skills
Knowledge and expereince with PC trouble shooting
Knowledge and experience with PC networking
Knowledge and expreince with basic wireless networking
Basic understanding Windows 10 OS
Basic understanding Mac 10.14 Mohave OS
Basic understanding Chrome OS
Basic understanding of Windows Active directory
Experience with opening and finishing technical tickets with little supervision
