A major international bank ( located in Midtown) is seeking a IT Help Desk Support in their HQ NYC office.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES (including but not limited to :)
Assist the IT Officer with troubleshooting, installing, managing the software and hardware.
Respond to requests for technical assistance in the office
Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
Research questions using available information resources
Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions
Stay current with system information, changes and updates
Major in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
1-3 years experience
Oral and written communication skills and learning skills
Problem-solving and analytical skills
Customer service orientation
Attention to detail
Bilingual in English and Mandarin
