Supervises, organizes, and oversees operation, administration and support activities of Telecommunications Services for Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare facilities, including a PBX centralized answering service, a radio paging system and various inter-unit transmission systems. Provides telephone user, "Miracles Training", and telephone specific customer services classes for MLH. Operates with appreciable latitude for un-reviewed action or decision. Receives direct supervision and guidance primarily on unusual or controversial problems. Models appropriate behavior as exemplified in MLH Mission, Vision and Values.
