IT Project Manager

The strategic combination of Tennecos Ride Performance business with Federal-Moguls Motorparts business will establish a global aftermarket leader with an impressive portfolio of some of the strongest brands in the aftermarket including Monroe, Walker, Wagner, Champion, Fel-Pro and MOOG. The companys broader aftermarket product coverage, stronger distribution channels, and enhanced channel development will strengthen its position in established and high growth markets (China and India), and drive success through new mobility models and capturing evolving e-commerce opportunities.
We are looking for an Information Security Project Manager who will be responsible for the execution of global implementation of large, complex projects within the Information Security Portfolio. Key responsibilities include end-to-end project management of scope, schedule, budget, risk, organizational change management activities and stakeholder management.

Develop project plans including work breakdown structures, project milestones, critical path analyses, risk assessment and management plans, cost/benefit analyses, staffing plans, project timelines, and project budgets.
Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize the progress of projects.
Utilize project management methodology to direct and lead team deliverable development.
Drive decisions to ensure the success of projects considering timing, risk, functional requirements, and business benefits.
Build and maintain positive working relationships with team members, vendors, and other Tenneco cross functional teams.
Identify, document and escalate identified risks and issues through program and IT Management.
Prepare project status reports for upper management.
Ensure project milestones are met on time and within team and project budgets.
Proven experience managing concurrent, full life-cycle project implementations within Information Security.
EDUCATION:Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology or related field.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, managing complex projects ranging from mid-size to large corporate IT initiatives, including at least two years in Information Security.
Certificate/License: Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate highly preferred; Information Security certifications a plus.
Proficiency in project management methodology, project planning tools and techniques; Waterfall and/or Agile experience preferred.
Proficiency in MS Project / Excel / Word and PowerPoint are required; Proficiency in Planview highly desired.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to interface and influence at multiple organizational levels.
Excellent relationship-building and networking skills.
Organized and able to function successfully in a team environment.
Excellent technical, organizational, troubleshooting, problem-solving, budgeting and time management skills.
Basic knowledge of finance tools and general business operating principles.
