This is supporting a large consulting firm's internal IT department.
You will answer incoming phone and chat interactions with client service staff, document and report issues to IT leadership, demonstrate a professional communication style, both verbal and written. You will need to be able to team well with other IT help desk staff and the IT Engineering team in the effort to support all levels of staff, from Associate to Partner, with the utmost professionalism.
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience supporting Microsoft Windows 10 operating system
Experience answering phone and chat interactions with a professional demeanor in a fast-paced help desk Proficient in managing multiple tasks at one time and prioritizing said tasks
Experience supporting Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and Microsoft technologies (SharePoint, OneDrive), and an understanding of Cloud computing is preferred
Experience supporting Citrix XenApp, XenMobile, Netscaler
Experience with Exchange Online, Outlook client support, and Active Directory
Experience with Microsoft Intune
Demonstrated ability to learn and document new technologies/solutions
Experience documenting processes and procedures to comply with required NIST and IT standards
Experience with Skype for Business and/or Teams is a plus
Experience with ServiceNow is a plus
Experience with NICE inContact is a plus
Experience working in an ITIL environment is a plus
Must be a US Citizen
