Immediate opening for an IT Support Technician. You will be working on a team of 3 supporting internal end users remotely until business returns to normal. Interviewing Now!
- Support users via remote support (software, hardware, network connectivity, etc.)
- Onboarding new users, setting up laptops and mobile devices
- High level of customer service supporting all levels of users
Technical Experience/Skills Required:
- Two+ years of experience in IT Support / Help Desk in a professional environment
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Experience providing support for Microsoft Office and other business applications
- Experience onboarding new users including setting up laptop and desktops
- Experience supporting mobile devices
- Active Directory experience, onboarding, etc.
- Experience with Windows 10 / Windows 7
- VPN and remote access troubleshooting
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in IT
