Currently, RBC is looking for an Information Systems Administrator & Help Desk technician.
The optimal candidate will be responsible for supporting our staff and executing projects to help maintain and augment RBC's Information Systems infrastructure.
Assist RBC personnel with information systems issues
Assist with Information Systems projects including upgrading infrastructure and developing new infrastructure.
Ensure that RBC Clients received the highest quality experience when interacting with RBC's information systems.
Demonstrated technical knowledge of computer systems and networking
Vocational or technical degree or certificates such as Microsoft, VMWare or Cisco certifications -- a bachelor's degree in engineering or science a plus
Demonstrated experience developing or maintaining IT infrastructure for small-medium sized companies including:
Microsoft Exchange Server (2013 and later)
Microsoft Server 2012 and later
Cisco networking (switches, routers, etc.)
Ability to learn and support ERP System
Demonstrated thirst for learning and growing while helping others do the same.
