- Work schedule: 8am - 5pm CT or MT
- Manager is located in New Mexico, so a candidate in the Albuquerque area would also be preferred. A well-qualified candidate working remote would also be considered.
- Minimum 3 years of application support experience, including troubleshooting/root cause analysis Excellent problem solving and communication skills both oral and written Ability to hold themselves and others accountable in restoring services and reducing incidents Self-starter with the ability to quickly learn complex business processes and develop automation to streamline those processes.
- Experience with SQL
- Experience with an object-oriented programming language (Java, C#, etc.) Experience with Windows automation languages (Powershell, VBScript, WMI, etc.) Knowledge of ITIL change management systems and processes
